To add staff, you need to be the store owner or have the Edit permissions and Add and remove staff permissions.


  1. From your Shoplazza admin, go to Settings > Staff.
  2. Click Add staff on the right upper corner of the page.
  3. Enter the staff name.  (MutualDropship)
  4. Enter the Account of the invited staff.  (
  5. Enter other ways of contact (Optional).
  6. Do either of the following:
  • Select Select all.
  1. Click Send invite.
